Odd how little is known about the reality of time, years, days, by most
people, including people that are Christian Believers as well as those who
call themselves “Christian”.

On Apple Watches there is now an official watch face for the Lunar Calendar,
one for the Hebrew, one of Muslim, as well as China.

The Word of God, as written in Scripture, speaks and prophesies about those
that would change times, dates, etc. Which has occurred several times,
especially by those who are in the families of “Sun Worshippers”.

God did establish a calendar to follow, with feast days, etc. for a variety
of reasons, and His prophecies or forth telling events to us throughout
history has been based on His timing, not ours. It would help greatly for us
to know and be aware of these things, and the understandings derived out to
them.

“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to
escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son
of man.” (Luk 21:36)

“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to
escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son
of man.” (Luk 21:36)
In Galatians 4:10, Paul confronts the Galatian believers for reverting
to legalistic practices: “You observe days and months and seasons and
years!” (Galatians 4:10, ESV). He warns them that such practices enslave
them to a system that Christ has abolished. These observances reflect a
return to the Mosaic law or pagan rituals, both of which contradict the
freedom believers have in Christ’s finished work. Paul makes it clear
that the pursuit of righteousness through religious calendars undermines
the grace found in Christ. Adherence to these rituals represents an
attempt to achieve favor with God through works rather than faith
(Galatians 4:9). Therefore, Paul admonishes believers not to fall back
into these “weak and worthless elementary principles” (Galatians 4:9, ESV).

On the other hand, in Colossians 2:16-17, Paul upholds the freedom of
believers regarding the observance of religious days: “Therefore let no
one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard
to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. These are a shadow of the
things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ” (Colossians
2:16-17, ESV). Here, Paul acknowledges that Old Testament ceremonial
laws served as foreshadowing of the reality fulfilled in Christ. Since
the substance—the reality—is now revealed in Christ, the rituals are no
longer binding on believers. To insist on mandatory observance of such
days is to elevate the shadow over the substance, effectively
diminishing the sufficiency of Christ’s atonement.

These two passages together clarify the believer’s liberty concerning
special religious days. Legalism that insists on mandatory observance
distorts the gospel by implying that Christ’s work is insufficient.
Believers should not feel troubled or constrained by those who impose
such rules. Paul’s teaching demonstrates that observing or abstaining
from special days is a matter of personal conviction rather than a
requirement for righteousness (Romans 14:5). The focus remains on
Christ, who fulfilled the law and set us free from its demands (Romans
10:4; Galatians 5:1).

When others judge or pressure believers concerning these practices,
Paul’s exhortation provides reassurance: stand firm in the liberty
Christ has provided. Worship and righteousness are grounded not in
external rituals but in faith in Christ’s atoning work and resurrection.

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (†), and God
raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death
penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, ESV)
